my first real love
thought i'd share my beloved sherpa with you,
i got her for £350 with a few months t&t about 19 months ago,
i've put a lot of time & love into her but surprisingly little money,
i painted her myself & have taken pictures that don't show how
bad a job it is,. likewise you can't see how many shades of white there
were before, it had to be done!..
she's very comfortable to drive & camp in & always gets me from A to B
& anywhere inbetween, not to everyones taste, sometimes known as a Sheepa,
she's a 1.8 b series (mgb engine) & she can go, ish, i've overtaken a vw crampervan
on a hill with only the driver on board whilst fully laiden with 3 adults, 2 children & loads of camping gear,
anyway, i don't know why, i always find myself
making excuses for her, as far as i'm concerned, she's the greatest!!
(possibly soon for sale to fund this stupid Bedford Ambulance i just had to buy!)

Hello John.
Must confess I have a weakness for the old Sherpas as well.

hi by the way, i've been reading your thread, it's
amazing what you've been through with your van,
the earth to fibreglass was very shocking, no pun
intended, well done though, you deserve a medal!

Oh dear, sorry about that one Kate, it's all making sense now: I was just having one of my senior moments.
