Just bought a CF

Hi all,

Just paid to become a full member. I have also just bought a Bedford CF250 Camper "pop top" on a whim without sitting in it, driving it, even turning the key and thats no joke!

I Have a Reliant Scimitar GTE v6 currently that i have been taking to shows etc but now it needs to find a new home. i just couldnt resist the bedford, i took one look at it and said "get me the log book". Its exaxtly what i was looking for an a motor and seeing as i sold my last van in favor of the Scimmy and almost instantly regretted it.......well, if you like vans, you like vans and thats how it goes.

It needs welding to the gutter above the cab as its letting in water, the pop tops in excellent condition and its all present and correct inside, just needs some TLC and elbow grease oh and a fridge freezer, wink wink nugde nudge.

Cheers for reading,
Regards
Gaz

Hi and welcome to the club! You will find us useful but all you need to do is ask. I bought my van in a similar circumstance- was looking at a volvo p1800s, when my dream van came up and despite a couple of AA moments, havent looked back! Mind, Id like a Scimitar too!

Im not sure what size, to be honest im not that clued up on the van and model specifics as yet, it has a grill with 2 hobs and a sink with power pump. There would be space for a smallish fridge freezer within the unit and i belive it was an option orrigionally for it to have one??

Regards
Gaz

Hello Gaz,
Yea, I think I could probably say the same.
Welcome to the site, I'm sure you'll find your Bedford is a lot of fun.
