We visited the location yesterday and saw there was ample room for our meet, although long electrical cables will be needed for some. The price of non elecric pitches is £7.00 per night. The pub management will be changing but we are informed that things will carry on as normal and our meet is guaranteed. Jan and Brian.

Got running yesterday... and a quick spin round the storage site... so hopefully good to go  only 70 miles so what could go wrong.....

Hi Ed, We shall be there at approximately 10 oclock. There are 5 electrics available to us, of which 3 are booked, will you require electric? It's much cheaper if you don't have. A 2 course Sunday lunch is available at £9-00 per head at the pub, drinks are reasonably priced (we think). If you give me your route I may be able to advise you of the best way. Hi Jan. We'd prefer to have electric if possible. We should be there by lunchtime on Friday as we're pretty keen to get away from it all for a few days!

Yes please to electric (Fri/Sat night).... looks a bit cool to be without this weekend 
And Lisa will probably have some work to do on her laptop.
We need to get around Birmingham so may be unable to avoid a few motorway miles, after that I expect a491 to stourbridge & a458 up from there (hoping there aren't too many steep hills along the way!).
(edit to add... then again some route planners like a5 over the top to telford)
Depending on departure time (getting going always seems to take longer than you think) arriving between midday & early afternoon I expect.
Will take down your numbers & pmail you mine just in case.

got puddles all sorted for the weekend & headed out for Cross Houses got as far got 20 miles from home then realised I'd forgot to tax puddles  so about turn & head for home, on the way home surprise surprise I got a tug by the boys in blue  so out I jumps to fess up only to be told that wasn't why they stopped me turns out I'd a tail light out, I swear it was working when I left as I'd had to fix a bad earth on it this a/noon, but on the plus side I never got a ticket, maybe I should just just stay at home.... not first thing tomorrow I'll be down the post office & on my way to Cross Houses & yes I'll fix the light again. so I'll be a wee bit later tomorrow

Thanks to everyone for braving the weather this weekend. It was great to see you all. I am still amazed that someone would come all the way from Aberdeen, for a weekend. Hope you got home alright Crawford, Jackie and Shannon, thanks for coming. We will, hopefully do it again next year, watch this space. Jan and Brian.

Thanks to Jan & Brian for organising, was good to meet a few more beddies and their carers :)
Pleased to say Maud made it there & back without too much trouble, altho highlighting a few issues to deal with (still!). Some new scenery for me to cycle round, the required quiet weekend for Lisa & some good beer in the pub (company was a bit ropey but you make do don't you).
Apologies to the wanderer clan we never quite managed to say hello properly... maybe next time!
