Brake light bulbs

The brake light bulbs in my ambulance are P25-1 21W which seem to be a bit hard to get. any one come across them? Fleabay has let me down!!!

Yours doesn't seem to be among them are you sure youve read the numbers right?

brake lamp bulbe

Hi Micheal,the bulb you are looking for is the standerd fit tail and stop.If it is a seprat bulb you can get 21 wat from any motor factor.Cheers+Beers Jim.

Sorry Michael its actually showing your P25-1 as P21w...the P25-1 is an old designation. The bulb youre looking for should be quite easy to get hold of.

these bulbs are heavy duty lorry bulbs and are hard to find as you say.
you running 12v or 24v in the abmy?

closest bulb is probably a stop and tail as they have the off set pins as well.

Thanks for the help. They are double contact single filament unlike standard stop lights. The pins for the bayonet aren't staggered like stop light bulbs.
