Need a Decent Auto Electrician Please

My 1977 beddie camper van has an intermittent ignition fault. It will run, cut out and then not start. Sometimes it does restart and sometimes it starts after around 30 mins. Sometimes it won't start until the day after!!!!
It only seems to restart if I wiggle the coil wires or remove/refit the dizzy cap or turn the ignition key on and off?????

I recently went from Manchester to a rock festival at donington park and it broke down 15 mins into the journey. The RAC came out and changed a clamp on the live wire connected to the coil. The van then drove like a dream all the way to the festival, even stopping at a tescos in Stoke while I bought some provisions. We reached the festival and parked up but we were parked on a slant. I was going to straighten the van on some wheel chocks but the engine cut out and wouldn't start. I decided to leave the van were it was. 3 days later when I went to drive home the van still wouldn't start. Again removing/refitting the dizzy and turning the ignition on and off seemed to coincidently start it up

I have twice taken it to an auto electrician who said they don't exactly know what the problem is and when I contact other auto electricians they say they don't work on old cars. I have an optical lens lumenition ignition system installed. I have changed the power module, dizzy cap, coil, HT Leads and spark plugs. I am at my wits end as to what the problem could be.

I just need an auto electrician who can find the problem without the need to plug a computer into it

I have already taken it to Plunketts, twice, and they couldn't fix it but I'll definitely try the others.
Thanks Bluebedouin
