suspension

As I said earlier I have put the rear leaf springs from an early Bedford box van.Being used they lifted my van to a good ride hight,I had to change the shocks to Ford transit front shocks these work well.I am now changing the front springs from the same van. This should stiffern the ride to about even. Will let you know later.Cheers Jim.

Suspension.

Hi Jim,

Your suspension upgrade will indeed stiffen and raise your campervan and improve its handling and that is all good just as long as you remember the change in body height with some car parks having height restriction bars.
