I was wondering if anybody has received their paperwork from the Welsh Heartlands Autofest people as yet? I had a confirmation e-mail from them when I registered, but as off today (13th) I have not had anything through the post or via e-mail.

This is the reply I had from David so I think all should be well on the day.
Hi Andy,
Thanks for the clarification, my problem is with exchanging emails with literally hundreds of folks every week, I cannot remember who is who and the Bedford register which is my other hobby interest has hust been donated a Bedford CA by a different Steve Ross which just added to my blank memory failure.
So to cut the chat, Bedford CFs are at the end of my list as they will all arrive I think on Friday and therefore technically do not need the stickers as they can have them when they arrive . David Jamiesin is in control and will be sorting these things out for sure when you arrive.
However you will receive all intructions on Sunday from me personally, but tomorrow I have a full day 12 hours from 6.am so have to leave the house at 5.00am and will not get back until after 7.00pm, so no computer tomorrow.

Autofest.
Hello all, I went to the final site meeting last night and i can confirm, that we are on the tarmac at the bottom of the first car park on the right. the ground is on a slope so leveling ramps will be advisable. I will be there on friday afternoon and entry will be allowed from 5PM. I have a list of registration numbers of our members who are coming, Those who cannot arrive until the saturday I will leave their numbers with the stewards on the gate. Any problems give me a shout. hope to see you all at the weekend. regards David.

Maggie and myself would like to thank David and Betty for all the hours he spent at meetings and negotiations to make our visit to the Autofest as enjoyable as it could be, despite the very wet windy and cold conditions, at least it didn’t snow unlike our Easter meet, as required by C.F. rules the Barbie went ahead in the rain !!

Just like to say another GREAT weekend nice to see the crazy gang again, usual banter between the three nations, Thanks to all involved in organizing the event especially to David who had to drag him self down to the PUB to attend meetings(lol) looking forward to the next meet Pete & Jan( ps David ive pm you about lambda control)
