Hi cornishbill

look forward to meeting you we are gentle with everyone for first five minutes there are other events before this one you will be made welcome at any of them

BG was a big event held in cambridge with any profits going to macmillan cancer
this was run by two two great guys who still post on this site.

Thanks for those kind words SJ

For Bill, and anyone else, the original Bedford Gathering website is no longer available to view, however, I am currently working on a plan to make an archive history of the BG.

The first part of this, the part that will still be happening, is already in place - the Riverside Walk that Mr BG and my son Russell do every year for Macmillan Cancer Support.

To learn more about this, and (I hope!) enjoy the scenery and commentary of the walk go to http://bedfordgathering.freehostia.com

Of course, when the time arrives - around about May - we will also hope that there will be some long arms and short pockets!!

PLEASE NOTE:

As of 11.45 this morning the link for the Riverside Walk is now http://bgriverside.freehostia.com/

The previous link will then be used for the BG itself.

You might just find myself and Kim dropping in for a visit as it's not too far away from us. No guarantee though.
