if my van is still having problems by then can we come with a tent just to introduce ourselfs and meet some nice people. ps will need hook up if in van.

WHAT IS AN OFFICIAL MEET
As one of the rally mods/reps i would say that any meet of two or more members in vans tents caravavans or anything else thay want to attend in organised by any member of this club be it in a field in the middle of nowhere or at an event organised by a third party THIS AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED IS AN OFFICIAL MEET.
BUT AS IT AS BEEN STATED THAT MEETS ORGANISED BY THE RALLY MODS/REPS ARE NOT OFFICIAL THEN SOMEONE ELSE MAY COME ON AND ANSWER YOUR QUESTION

Finally managed to organise the days off with the airline - I'd like to come too, if there's space left. If there's a hook-up available, I'll take it, but I'm quite happy to be bottom of the list for it. I.e, if anyone else comes along and needs one, you can kick me off the hook-up 
Be warned though - if I can't power the stereo, you'll be getting my Edith Piaf collection on the wind-up picnic gramaphone 
Better get my clutch cable fixed pronto.....
Looking forward to meeting you all and persuading you to come and visit bonny Scotland !!

Hi Gethin. Could you add us to your growing list please. Idealy we would like hook-up if possable but first come first served. For your info we are planing to come up on the Friday and leave on the Monday.
Looks like it will be a good meet up, looking forward to seeing everybody there.
