For those of you travelling from the south, traffic on the A64 after the York by-pass can be a bit grim this time of year. Hello folks. Having only owned the CF for a week I'm too late to get in for free but I've got some half price vouchers so will be powering over on sunday to say hello and take a look at your vans. Pickering Hi all, Pat&I enjoyed our long weekend with fellow members, many thanks to Solerjohn for his Steward/chef duties. We only had one bad moment, when I turned the key to start for our departure###! Thanks to Debbie&Graham, their "jump" leads saved the day. Euey has a new battery etc, the fridge etc drained the main battery instead of the leisure one. I turned the genny off frequently for the comfort of those nearby,so I will have to check the charging system.Cheers Graham ---------------------- |

Hi All Just got back home safe and sound, the recovery truck went well, shame I was not in such good shape, had to have a long stop over monday night to recharge MY batteries. Thanks to solarjohn for the orginasation, shame the site was not that well orginaised, but we all had a great time. Nice to see some new faces as well as the regular ones. Same again next year? Cant make Blackpool, but hope to see as many of you as posiable at Malvern in October. ---------------------- |
