wrong sided gearbox stick. Hi to all,Nigel Parker managed to find a couple of Bedford CF gearboxes on eBay but the stick is on the wrong side of the box casing, since I have a few left hand casings I have bought one to convert I should have enough parts and gears and bearings we will see how it goes. doujoy |

Converted. Hi to all.Between the stock of parts I had and the reusable undamaged parts from the ice-cream van boxes built into the standard Vauxhall four speed casing has given me a spare rebuilt gearbox of the higher geared type completed and working. And once I can source a low geared second gear for the other box it can be converted as well, but parts are very scarce getting for these old gearboxes so I am always on the lookout for reusable parts and old gearboxes. doujoy |
